History
We've been serving buyers & sellers in Cedar Falls, Waterloo and the surrounding Cedar Valley area since 1982. The company was founded by Todd Hunemuller who retired in 2000 and the office is now owned & operated by Dave Page, Dan Berregaard & Brian Page.
We have forty-two licensed agents in the office and one-third of them are licensed brokers. They are high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds.
